These terms and conditions inform you of the terms of use which you agree to when using the website togetherfriends.com. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using the site you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, you should not use the site.

togetherfriends is operated by Together Media Ltd, a private limited company, registered in England and Wales under company number 14159426. Our registered address is 37a Oxford Street, Harrogate, HG1 1PW.

Throughout these terms and conditions, the terms 'We,' 'Us' and 'Our' refer to togetherfriends and the service we provide at togetherfriends.com. An 'Agreement' refers to these terms and conditions and 'Subscription' refers to a fixed rate paid for a limited period of one year, giving full access to our service.


Members

To be a Member of togetherfriends.com you must be at least eighteen (18) years old.

In order to access the Service provided on this website, you must be a member. You must complete registration by providing certain information as set out on our membership/registration page.  Please also refer to our Privacy Policy for information relating to our collection, storage and use of the details you provide on registration.

You agree to ensure that your registration details, including your name and email address, are true and accurate at all times and you undertake to update your registration details from time to time when they change. If we become aware that either your name and /or email address is incorrect, we reserve the right to immediately cancel your registration and acceptance for registration in the future will be at our discretion.

On registration you create a username and password. This information is strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third parties. You must not allow a third party to use your password to gain entry to the site. On subscribing, you agree to pay for the Service as set out on our website. 

We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time if you breach these terms and conditions.


Shared Content

You are responsible for all and any Content you contribute to the Service. By posting Content on this website, you provide us with an undertaking that such Content does not infringe the rights of someone else and that it does not violate the law in any other way such as by being defamatory, of racist content or threatening. *In regard to togetherfriends events, including group walks, coffee mornings, meals and trips out, any person participating in any such event does so entirely at their own risk.   It is not the responsibility of the event organisers or hosts to check and ensure the suitability of individuals for the event. It is the responsibility of any person participating in any walk or other event arranged via togetherfriends to ensure that they are in a fit medical state to complete the walk or other task and also that they are suitably prepared and have the correct kit, including walking footwear for the conditions - both terrain and weather.  By attending a group walk or other event, you acknowledge that the organisers do not necessarily hold any formal qualifications in relation to walking leadership, or medical qualifications or training.  You agree and acknowledge that this group has no legal duty of care to its members and 'guests' and that its organisers accept no liability for any accident occurring from, or for any injuries arising out of, participation in this groups acitivities and that you remain responsible for your own safety at all times.


Limitation of Liability

The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the full extent permitted by law, we, and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:
