Love the cinema but no one to go with?

Maybe you are like me, and love to go to the cinema?  I find it a real treat, escaping into another world for a little while. My local cinema is a real pleasure - there are soft sofas to relax into, a glass of wine or cup of tea on offer, as well as the company of good friends.

I love going to the cinema with friends! We enjoy the film, but also have a catch up before and after, maybe with a spot of food as well.

And I have seen some great films recently;  The Eagle Huntress, a very sweet film with beautiful scenery, where a girl trains an eagle to hunt in Kazakhstan, and  A United Kingdom, a love story between a botswanian prince and an English lady. Both super films worth watching.  I've also just see Jackie (about Jackie Kennedy)- mixed reviews on that one,  a bit slow for me but another friend loved it,  so as with all films,  it's down to personal taste.

Next films on my list: Lion (recommended by a friend) and Manchester by the Sea.
