My blog this week has to be a big shout out for lovely lady, Jo Moseley, who has become a bit of a superstar in her 50s, taking up paddleboarding and who is, as we speak, in the process of paddle boarding the Leeds Liverpool Canal, from start to finish! So far it has not been an easy ride, as she has battled torrential rain, wind, hail and storms on her journey. 
As she paddleboards she picks up litter - known as plogging - and in her small way is doing her bit to save the planet.
Jo is an inspiration to us all, especially we 50+ women, inspiring us to live life to the full, finding joy in everyday living and the world around us.
